Responsibilities
- Own and close complex, high-impact technical searches across Engineering, Product, and Data, including senior, staff, and leadership roles.
- Operate as a strategic advisor to executives and senior leaders, shaping org design, leveling, and compensation strategy.
- Set the standard for closing by architecting offer strategies and leading complex compensation and equity conversations.
- Raise the bar across the recruiting organization by designing and evolving processes and systems for finding talent.
- Use data to drive decisions at the leadership level, building narratives from recruiting metrics.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives aligning hiring priorities with business goals.
- Anticipate talent needs quarters ahead and ensure strategic execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles within high-growth tech companies.
- Experience owning senior and leadership-level searches.
- B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Agency background a plus.
- Documented track record of winning top technical talent in competitive, multi-offer situations.
- Mastery of offer construction, equity and compensation storytelling, and high-stakes negotiation.
- Deep fluency in technical roles, skills, and tech stacks.
- Creative sourcing strategies that engage passive, diverse, and hard-to-reach senior talent pools.
- Executive-level relationship management skills.
- Ability to influence high-stakes talent decisions with credibility and conviction.
- Operational excellence at scale, running a demanding portfolio of searches with precision.
- Accurate forecasting of searches.
- Building metrics and reporting that drive visibility and accountability.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Proactive, composed under ambiguity, and quick to set direction.
- Ability to see around corners and stay steps ahead.
- Bring consistency and mentorship to an evolving organization.
- Tech-savvy and data-oriented.
- Hands-on mastery of tools like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CoderPad.
- Habit of using data, automation, and AI to source smarter, move faster, and out-execute the competition.
