About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative (m/f/d) in the real estate industry for the collections/receivables management department to strengthen our team.
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of acquisition campaigns in close cooperation with marketing
- Active acquisition and networking at trade fairs, conferences, and evening events
- Contacting potential new customers and maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Planning and conducting customer presentations
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
- High self-motivation and independent work style
- Driver's license class B and willingness to travel
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
