About the Role
As part of our team, you will advise top executives and owner-led companies on leadership, strategy, and organizational development, lead executive search processes for key leadership positions, and coach leaders through their first 100 days. You will also build and nurture client relationships while developing your own portfolio and collaborate with colleagues across Europe on cross-border assignments. You’ll be supported by a strong in-house team in research, marketing, business development, and assessment.
Responsibilities

- Advise top executives and owner-led companies on leadership, strategy, and organizational development
- Lead executive search processes for key leadership positions
- Coach leaders through their first 100 days and support team and leadership development
- Build and nurture client relationships while developing your own portfolio
- Collaborate with colleagues across Europe on cross-border assignments
Requirements
- Track-record from Executive Search
- A strong network at C-level or experience from leadership roles in the private sector
- Proven commercial drive and a genuine interest in business and people
- Excellent advisory and relationship-building skills
- A master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex challenges
- Fluency in English
- A superb personality — someone who combines professionalism with empathy, business acumen with curiosity, and ambition with a team mindset.
