About the Role
EFPR Group is seeking Staff Accountants with 1-3 years of experience in public accounting to join its Tax and Business Services Team. Responsibilities include working on multiple client engagements, preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, and providing tax planning and compliance services. The role involves building client relationships, identifying tax issues, researching solutions, and delivering high-quality service. Additionally, you will participate in staff development through training and mentoring, while continuously learning new tax skills.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Progress towards or completion of CPA licensure.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and professionalism.
- Ensure extreme confidentiality and effective handling of elevated situations.
