About the Role
The Senior RFP Content Manager plays a key role in shaping and managing the global RFP content capability at T. Rowe Price. This role is responsible for ensuring the RFP content library is accurate, relevant, and easy to use, while continuously improving content creation, governance, and delivery. The position combines content management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement, with opportunities to influence the use of technology and AI across the RFP lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Maintain RFP content with a global perspective, ensuring ease of use and communicating changes to users.
- Engage RFP Editors to enhance and maintain content related to specific topics and strategies.
- Support RFP content users with training, usage guidance, best practices, and functionality.
- Coordinate with internal partners to review and update RFP content, including quarterly updates and critical communications edits.
- Solicit feedback from internal users for content and process updates.
- Develop solutions, processes, and relationships to enhance the RFP process lifecycle.
- Review and refine content updates from SMEs and RFP Editors for formatting and consistency, incorporating them into the content database.
- Create and manage procedures and user guides for content management processes, including critical communications, intake, approval, and review cycles.
- Partner with RFP and technology teams to evaluate and implement new content-management capabilities, including AI and automation.
- Identify opportunities to improve proposal efficiency through content taxonomy, metadata, tagging, templates, response automation, and workflow discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role within Asset Management.
- Experience working with content management and workflow systems and repositories, especially Responsive.
- Demonstrates an interest in the application of technology in business processes, including AI and other software to enhance workflow.
- Prior experience in RFP writing roles.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
- A willingness to learn new things and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented.
