About the Role
Develop convincing AI solutions for clients, explain complex topics to C-level executives, and shape new business opportunities. Lead AI activities in the German market, collaborating with enterprise clients, local sales teams, and an international AI Practice, while managing an experienced AI team in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI presales activities and strategic client discussions.
- Develop AI, GenAI, and LLM solutions based on specific business requirements.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and solution discussions with senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Support pitches, proposals, RFPs, and solution architecture.
- Manage and develop an experienced AI team.
- Collaborate closely with international AI and data experts.
- Shape new AI offerings, use cases, and business opportunities.
- Represent the company at client sites, events, and industry conferences.
Requirements
- Profound experience in AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, and LLMs.
- Experience in consulting, presales, or a comparable client-facing role.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value.
- Experience with enterprise clients, ideally in Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharma, Retail, or Financial Services.
- Leadership experience or significant experience in functional leadership.
- Native or near-native German language proficiency.
- Professional English for collaboration in an international, global environment.
- Willingness for regular client meetings and travel.
- Profiles from AI Consulting, Data Science, Solution Architecture, Value Engineering, or AI Practice Leadership are particularly interesting.
- Seeking a personality who understands AI, convinces clients, and can translate technology into concrete business opportunities, not just a purely technical leader.
