About the Role
The Enterprise Architecture (EA) team within Adobe's Technical Pre-Sales (TPS) organization supports customers by understanding their business needs, defining technical requirements, and demonstrating Adobe's solutions. This internship offers the opportunity to learn from experienced architects, collaborate on customer projects, and gain insights into real-world challenges and Adobe software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Connect customers' business problems with Adobe's solution offerings to demonstrate value.
- Collaborate with cross-organizational partners to develop innovative solutions.
- Conduct current-state technology analyses and develop recommendations for future-state technology.
- Build custom architecture diagrams and phased implementations.
- Create presentations to communicate technical information and architecture mapping.
- Leverage Agentic AI technologies to enhance offerings and design future customer landscapes.
- Help brands capitalize on digital and agentic transformation to deliver personalized experiences.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled full-time pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate degree graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September 2027.
- Proven interest in business strategy, digital marketing, technology, analytics, or experience design.
- Curiosity and/or application across agentic AI technologies, including agents, LLMs, and AI tooling.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to deliver compelling customer presentations communicating technical concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for new knowledge, resourcefulness, and ability to absorb concepts quickly.
- Enjoy challenges and learning about industry and technology trends.
