About the Role
The Training & Education Manager will execute technical, clinical, and skill training focused on sales, system implementation, and customer support to drive Robotics’ business growth. This strategic role supports critical commercial team operations across the region and offers an opportunity to build on clinical or sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs by collaborating with regional stakeholders to pinpoint skill or knowledge gaps.
- Design and develop training courses in partnership with Global and Regional departments, implementing 80% standardization and 20% customization when needed.
- Deliver clinical and technical content effectively using digital resources and blended, synchronous, and asynchronous learning methods.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, and feedback, and establish mechanisms to measure learning outcomes.
- Foster cross-departmental training collaboration to promote a culture of learning, enhance communication efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of combined experience in medical device sales or marketing, clinical experience, training delivery, or other relevant areas.
- Strong track record demonstrating individual and team results.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for training and development, and commitment to teamwork.
- In-depth knowledge of successful field sales and support organization structure, processes, and culture.
- Operating Room knowledge, with a preference for Robotic experience.
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Experience in multicultural organizations, understanding different learning and thinking styles.
- Proven ability to navigate and collaborate within a global matrix organization.
- Proven track record of both individual and team achievement with a natural drive for results.
- Experience with project management/project leadership, excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Capability in a European language is desired.
