About the Role
Join a locally owned Great Clips salon organization in a leadership role that blends hands-on salon management with multi-salon oversight. Directly manage one salon while supporting and coaching a team of Salon Managers across additional locations. This role is ideal for an experienced salon or multi-unit leader who enjoys developing managers, maintaining strong brand standards, and driving consistent performance across teams.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage one salon.
- Support and coach Salon Managers across additional locations.
- Manage a salon’s daily operations.
- Motivate and support other Salon Managers.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Work across multiple salon locations within the surrounding area.
- Support leaders across several salons.
- Monitor performance across several salons.
- Help maintain brand standards across several salons.
- Cut hair on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Previous salon management experience or multi-unit retail management experience.
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province).
- Flexibility to work across multiple salon locations within the surrounding area.
- Commitment to collaboration and accountability with a focus on proactively seeking solutions to challenges.
