About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager leads enterprise marketing technology adoption and marketing operations for email, app notification and SMS initiatives that enhance customer engagement and organizational effectiveness. This role drives key elements of change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and communications strategies for key marketing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Designs and implements communications and outreach strategies tailored for target audiences, digital channels, and strategic objectives.
- Manages the organization's digital properties and optimizes online channels against key performance indicators.
- Oversees content creation for various digital platforms and identifies appropriate channels for campaigns.
- Develops and executes digital marketing strategies to increase organizational brand equity and build affinity and engagement.
- Tracks and measures results and KPIs and adjusts tactics accordingly.
- Provides exceptional client service by developing timelines and ensuring deliverables are on time.
- Develops and maintains relationships with internal clients to understand objectives and develop plans.
- Identifies vendors best suited to advance organizational goals and proactively manages vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Information Systems or other related field.
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, marketing technology, or related disciplines.
- Experience in email, and/or SMS marketing operations or digital agency supporting email or SMS.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale marketing technology implementations, transformations, or adoption initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Hub, Amazon SES, or similar solutions.
- Proven ability to develop and execute communication, training, and enablement strategies that drive user adoption and operational readiness.
- Experience managing enterprise email marketing operations, including governance, campaign execution standards, vendor/agency management, and performance oversight.
- Formal training or certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and/or project management frameworks.
- Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization and influencing senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
- Regular and reliable job attendance.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit respect and understanding of others to maintain professional relationships.
- Independent judgement in evaluation options to make sound decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in an in office/open office environment with moderate noise.
