This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships through interior design consultations and makeovers, helping clients realize their dream rooms.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful and long-term customer relationships.
- Utilize relationship selling techniques through interior design consultations and makeovers.
- Maximize selling opportunities.
- Conduct virtual appointments and live chats.
- Create, present, and sell product and design solutions.
- Engage customers to determine their needs based on taste, lifestyle, and investment range.
Requirements
