About the Role
This is a 0.5-day in-person internship program designed to give participants a deeper understanding of various roles within the company. The program includes workshops, group work with feedback from current employees, a final presentation, and a networking session with employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and services to customers who have purchased HP products and support services.
- Manage supply chain processes, including demand-supply analysis, purchasing, and order fulfillment.
- Support new product introductions for mass production at the Japan factory.
- Collaborate with teams in Asian countries to drive operations and resolve issues.
- Improve quality and efficiency through data analysis.
Requirements
- Must be a current university student (28卒対象).
- Must be interested in working in a self-directed environment.
- Must be interested in an environment where one can succeed regardless of age.
- Must be interested in working in a global company (English level not specified).
- Must be interested in manufacturing.
- Must be interested in supporting customers.
- Must be interested in indirectly supporting the entire company.
- Must be interested in supporting sales through data analysis and information management.
- Must be willing to use English in the future.
- Must provide a resume and an entry sheet.
- Resume must include address (prefecture, city), date of birth (year only), high school enrollment year, expected graduation year (university/graduate school), and details of study abroad experience.
- Resume must include a photo.
- Entry sheet must answer specific questions about personal growth, teamwork, motivation for internship, and desired learning outcomes.
- Must select preferred internship date.
- Must indicate how they learned about the company.
