Responsibilities
- Customer service and sales operations within the boutique.
- Client engagement, negotiation, and external sales activities during off-site events and exhibitions.
- Sales-related tasks including customer management and inventory control.
- Potential to aim for store management, including store operations and training/mentoring sales associates.
Requirements
- Customer service and sales experience in any industry (experience with luxury brands is preferred).
- Experience in jewelry sales and knowledge of jewelry.
- Customer service experience in the service industry (e.g., hotels, flight attendants) with an interest in sales.
- Strong hospitality mindset with attention to detail.
