About the Role
A Chloe STYLIST is an ambassador of the Maison, responsible for welcoming guests and serving as a trusted advisor and reliable team player to provide the best client experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
- Achieve CRM targets through personalized outreach campaigns and clienteling tools.
- Capture client data and qualitative information, managing a portfolio of VVICs and VICs.
- Grow sales by utilizing omnichannel services and achieving store and individual sales KPIs.
- Participate in trainings and commercial activities, working to achieve sales, KPIs, and CRM targets.
- Stay informed about the local trading environment and competitor activities.
- Ensure an impeccable store environment, back-of-house, and grooming standards.
- Proactively report any structural repair needs in the store.
- Implement store and back-of-house management guidelines and participate in inventories.
- Support after-sales clients and ensure impeccable after-sales service.
- Comply with established Richemont policies and standards.
