About the Role
As a guide for Van Cleef & Arpels, you will lead customers into a unique world, sharing the rich narratives embedded in the details of our designs. This role is ideal for those with a strong sense of curiosity, as you will deepen your knowledge of various topics, including the diverse settings in which jewelry is worn and customer preferences. We are seeking Sales Associates who can provide the highest level of service at a Maison committed to offering "first-class" experiences in all aspects.
Responsibilities
- Customer service and sales operations within Van Cleef & Arpels boutiques.
- Client engagement, negotiations, and external sales activities during off-site events and exhibitions.
- Sales-related tasks including customer management and inventory control.
- Potential to aim for store management, including boutique operations and training/guidance of sales associates.
Requirements
- Customer service and sales experience in any industry (experience with luxury brands is preferred).
- Experience in jewelry sales and knowledge of jewelry.
- Customer service experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, flight attendants) with an interest in sales.
- Willingness to work at Van Cleef & Arpels.
- Desire to provide high-quality service.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- High level of hospitality and attention to detail.
- Desire to develop management skills in a top-tier luxury Maison.
- Ambition to grow the Maison through personal effort.
