About the Role

City St George’s is seeking a clinician or academic with detailed knowledge of undergraduate medical curricula to provide academic analysis, sense-checking, and taxonomy expertise for curriculum data maintenance during a major curriculum change.

Responsibilities

Participate in curriculum review and maintenance activities, modeling data entry and representation in the Curriculum Management system.
Meet educators to quantify academic work for curriculum updates and record a clear delivery plan.
Undertake academic analysis of curriculum data, working with data taxonomies.
Identify necessary modifications to curriculum data tagging to enable implemented functionality.
Maintain clear and contemporaneous records of analysis findings.
Present findings clearly and justify academic positions based on curriculum knowledge, student behaviors, and business needs.
Communicate findings to the curriculum development manager and data officer for implementation approval.
Verify that implementation aligns with original intentions.
Contribute to wholesale curriculum review discussions based on in-depth data knowledge.

Requirements

Clinician or academic with a degree in medicine or a relevant discipline.
Experience working with an undergraduate medical curriculum.
Ability to perform academic analysis of large data volumes.
Competent use of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
Flexibility, enthusiasm, and team orientation.
