About the Role

Manage and develop the University’s core systems for income and debtor management to meet the University's needs. Work with stakeholders to develop and enhance non-student financial systems – Starrez, Systopia and Fidelo. Take oversight of debtors and income reporting in both management and statutory accounts, including key reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Accounts background.
  • Experience working with the SUN accounting system or equivalent.
  • Experience with student records systems (such as SITs).
  • Knowledge of intra-company accounting, including journal preparation and reconciliations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to show initiative.
  • Ability to manage competing and conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor.

Salary/Compensations

  • £42,000 - £52,000 per year
