The Student Experience team provides front-line support to students using a caseload management approach. This role supports the review and streamlining of tasks within the service, requiring good administrative skills and the ability to adapt to a changing environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line support to students using a caseload management approach.
  • Monitor student attendance and engagement.
  • Coordinate student-facing events and activities.
  • Support course teams with student experience related matters.
  • Support the review and streamlining of tasks within the service.

Requirements

  • Good administrative skills.
  • Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of new processes.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Customer-focused with great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in the student journey.
  • Provide a current CV.

Salary/Compensations

  • £28,763 to £34,749 per annum
