About the Role

JOLT is seeking a driven marketer to help build its U.S. advertising business and advance their career. This role offers significant exposure and responsibility, allowing you to solve real business challenges and drive projects from concept to impact. Success is measured by delivered impact, not just activity volume. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially curious, resourceful, organized, and excels at turning ideas into action in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Media Sales to understand client needs, opportunities, and commercial priorities.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and go-to-market materials.
  • Support launches and growth initiatives for new capabilities, data/technology, partnerships, and priority advertiser categories.
  • Develop targeted marketing initiatives to build awareness, engagement, leads, and commercial opportunities.
  • Identify priority audiences, accounts, and categories, and develop programs to engage them.
  • Utilize data to measure performance, identify effective strategies, and continuously optimize marketing approaches.
  • Develop content and communications to enhance JOLT's visibility and credibility with advertisers, agencies, and media decision-makers.
  • Drive engagement on LinkedIn, newsletters, and other B2B channels to grow relevant audiences and opportunities.
  • Transform campaigns, data, insights, and industry trends into compelling content and client stories.

Requirements

  • Approximately 4-7 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketing, content, sales enablement, media, or advertising.
  • Strong marketing generalist with potential deeper experience in specific areas.
  • Comfortable with fast pace, change, and ambiguity.
  • Organized, outcomes-focused, willing to learn quickly, and proactive in starting tasks.
  • Strong collaborator comfortable working with cross-functional teams and independently.
  • Commercially curious, seeking to understand the 'why' behind marketing efforts.
  • Experience in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial, or scale-up environment is highly valued.
  • Proficient in using AI and automation, seeking efficient work methods.
  • Comfortable experimenting with new tools and establishing repeatable processes.
  • Understanding of the advertising, marketing, and media ecosystem.
  • Experience in media, ad tech, digital advertising, programmatic, or DOOH is a strong advantage, or a demonstrated eagerness to learn.
  • Proficient with modern marketing/business tools and platforms.
  • Experience creating content, including video production, is a bonus.
  • Strong eye for design.
  • Comfortable traveling regularly to the U.S. for in-person collaboration.
