About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Travel Advisor. If you have a love for leisure travel, a knack for crafting memorable experiences, and the desire to create dream vacations, we invite you to embark on a unique journey with us. This is fully remote and we provide training.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding clients' desires and crafting personalized resort and cruise experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in resort and cruise travel, sharing knowledge and excitement to inspire clients.
- Craft customized vacation packages, combining resort stays, cruise adventures, onshore activities, and dining.
- Manage all reservations, including cruise bookings, resort accommodations, transfers, and shore excursions.
- Handle travel challenges, providing quick, creative solutions to ensure smooth vacations.
- Suggest distinctive enhancements and unique experiences to elevate resort stays and cruise adventures.
Requirements
- A deep passion for resort getaways, cruise adventures, and inspiring others to explore the world.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and clear articulation.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- The ability to manage multiple client requests and bookings with meticulous attention to detail.
