About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build customer personas and messaging frameworks that make products feel relevant, valuable and easy to understand.
- Create product marketing content such as sales enablement materials, presentations, website copy, product demonstrations and competitor insights.
- Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to plan and deliver product launches that support customer adoption and business growth.
- Use customer feedback, market insight and performance data to improve messaging, increase engagement and help shape future product direction.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on product marketing experience within a software as a service (SaaS) environment.
- Experience translating product value into clear go to market strategies and customer focused messaging.
- Experience supporting product launches and working with a range of stakeholders across a business.
- Confidence using data and insight to identify opportunities, measure success and improve outcomes.
