About the Role

This Co-op/Intern role in Communications will assist QuadReal’s internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational and time management skills, ready to take initiative, make connections, and steward relationships.

Responsibilities

Support creation of communication materials and other documents related to corporate communications and employee engagement for QuadReal’s intranet and other internal tools
Provide content and creative support for select virtual and in-person events, including photography and video
Contribute innovative ideas and solutions that drive employee engagement
Provide administrative support to the Communications team
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an academic program in a related field
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented and competent in building and handling data sets
Excellent written communication and presentation skills; demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results that articulate key themes and messages
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Proficiency in graphic design and/or video editing is an asset
Previous experience working or volunteering with a charitable, social enterprise, ESG/CSR, community development or impact sector is an asset
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada as the company does not provide work permit sponsorship for this role.
