About the Role
This role will evaluate and contextualize AI use cases across customer-facing products, strategizing implementation plans including build vs. buy decisions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and contextualize AI use cases across customer-facing products.
- Strategize and plan AI implementation, including build vs. buy decisions.
- Present findings and strategies to leadership and stakeholders.
- Deliver AI-enabled customer experiences or AI-powered products.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical business solutions.
- Work closely with Engineering, UX, and Data Science teams.
Requirements
- Experience evaluating AI tools & use case execution
- Experience with customer-facing AI product development
- Experience with MCP and backend layer/support
- 5–10 years of Product Management experience
- Ecommerce experience
- Strong communication skills to present to leadership and stakeholders during reoccurring meetings
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled customer experiences or AI-powered products.
- Strong understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, APIs, and AI integrations (not necessarily building models).
- Experience working closely with Engineering, UX, and Data Science teams.
- Strong customer journey and product discovery skills.
- Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical business solutions.
