The Customer Service Development Department is responsible for developing cross-functional services for Rakuten Payment's merchant companies and internal use. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web application development and operation
- Experience as a Product Manager/Producer/Director for web services
- Communication skills to involve stakeholders and move things forward
- Ability to promote system development in cooperation with engineers
- Individuals with a challenging spirit who can proactively carry out work
- Experience in waterfall development
- Experience in team management (including member development)
- Experience in system development as an engineer
