About the Role

The HRIS team is responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimisation of the Workday HCM platform across EMEA. This role plays a key part in delivering system enhancements, resolving issues, and supporting ongoing Workday performance across various modules.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and implement system changes and enhancements across the Workday HCM platform
  • Design and maintain Workday business processes and system configurations
  • Lead requirements gathering and prioritisation sessions with HR and business partners
  • Manage and deliver configuration requests, building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing end-user support
  • Maintain Workday system structures including supervisory organisations, EIBs, and transaction support
  • Develop and deliver reporting requests, presenting insights clearly and effectively
  • Lead or support HRIS projects, including configuration, testing, and process improvements
  • Partner with HR to conduct recurring audits ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and operational efficiency
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality of sensitive employee data

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and system support
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, and Excel
