About the Role

Syncron is seeking passionate Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) to inspire and guide brand ambassadors in introducing a functional beverage brand to consumers. This role involves coaching, motivating, and leading a team to connect with consumers, spark curiosity, and deliver product samples in various settings like college campuses, gyms, and live events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead strategic planning and execution of field marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee a team of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring high-quality execution across marketing platforms.
  • Translate consumer insights and trends into strategies for brand differentiation and consumer impact.
  • Recruit, on-board, coach, and lead a high-performing team of Brand Ambassadors.
  • Plan, budget, execute, and measure the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives across various channels.
  • Create and implement local/regional field marketing campaigns aligned with marketing strategies and sales objectives.
  • Leverage marketing resources across the full marketing mix, including digital/social media, collegiate marketing, events, local influencers, and sampling programs.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with the sales organization to meet objectives and maximize brand impact.
  • Develop and manage field marketing budgets, allocating funds effectively.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of field marketing campaigns.
  • Understand local market dynamics, customer demographics, and competitor landscape to tailor marketing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and community partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience displaying dynamic leadership skills to manage and motivate marketing teams.
  • Project management skills to execute complex marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and training ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must live within the defined geography for the region.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
