About the Role

The System Division is responsible for all aspects of our systems, including planning, development, operation, and maintenance, for everything from basic business systems to iPhone/Android applications. We are seeking new members to join our team, fostering mutual growth and stimulation within an environment that determines the success of the banking business.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering efforts from application design of new functions and services, through development and testing, to service launch.
Understand business requirements and deliver high-quality features rapidly.
Lead efforts to maintain and improve service levels.
Facilitate smooth negotiation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage process quality from requirements definition to system release, ensuring each development process adheres to the standard.
Review development products, including requirements definition documents, design documents, and test cases, to inspect product quality at each stage.
Perform quality analysis and evaluation for testing, such as analyzing quality risks through defect convergence and defect analysis.
Make quality judgments based on inspection results, analyze process and product quality outcomes, and provide instructions for quality improvement measures.
Analyze the root causes of system faults (application, infrastructure, operation) that occur post-release and propose countermeasures.
Review development products and inspect product quality at each development process stage.
Analyze quality and evaluate test results.
Instruct quality improvement measures.
Analyze the cause of system faults and provide countermeasures.

Requirements

5+ years of business application design experience in financial systems.
5+ years of design and implementation experience in Web/open systems.
5+ years of Java implementation experience.
3+ years of Oracle Database knowledge and experience.
Experience in ensuring non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and productivity.
Excellent logical thinking, flexibility, and multitasking abilities.
Demonstrated aggressiveness and initiative.
1+ year of software quality control work experience (QA) at a system company or 3+ years of experience in system test planning and test design.
Quality analysis skills.
Ability to summarize and Japanese writing skills.
Good communication skills, with a voluntary and positive attitude.
