About the Role

This role is not about shipping features — it’s about solving real problems, driving measurable outcomes, and building scalable products that power businesses globally. As a Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of APM products across their lifecycle — from ideation through launch and scale — with a relentless focus on customer impact, commercial success, and long-term scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle, defining vision, strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.
  • Drive products from concept to launch and continuously iterate based on performance and feedback.
  • Deliver consistent experiences that scale.
  • Engage directly with merchants, partners, and internal teams to deeply understand pain points.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value and outcomes.
  • Measure success through adoption, revenue growth, and customer experience.
  • Lead prioritization and roadmap decisions, making clear trade-offs and articulating rationale.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Operations, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities, support sales efforts, manage APM partners, and contribute to revenue expansion.
  • Monitor performance, analyze trends, and continuously optimize product performance and customer outcomes.
  • Take full responsibility for your products — from strategy to execution to results.
  • Cultivate relationships with partners, demonstrating empathy and collaboration.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree with strong understanding of merchant payment processing and capabilities globally particularly in ecommerce environment.
  • Proven experience in product management / product development, with a track record of launching and scaling impactful products.
  • Ability to work across technical and commercial domains, comfortably engaging with engineers while driving business outcomes.
  • Experience operating in cross-functional, complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into decisions and strategy.
