About the Role
Senior Relationship Managers at RBC Direct Investing provide expert support to new and existing High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth (HNW/UHNW) clients with highly complex needs. This role offers the opportunity to showcase a client-focused mindset and develop client-centric solutions, supported by a team committed to growth and development, with access to RBC Wealth Management resources.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the retention and asset growth of an assigned portfolio of RBCDI’s highest value clients.
- Lead with a service mindset, delivering an exceptional partner experience with a “white glove” level of care.
- Identify client needs and introduce RBC partners to add value.
- Collaborate with local market partners to identify new high net worth client opportunities requiring specialized onboarding.
- Deliver client seminars and knowledge sessions to drive engagement.
- Deepen client relationships by offering value-added insights and ensuring clients understand the RBC DI platform.
- Cultivate Centre of Influence (COI) networks to win new business.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to achieve sales results and KPIs.
- 2+ years of brokerage or investment industry experience.
- Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) or prior to January 2026, Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practice Handbook (CPH).
- Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- This role will require Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) registration.
