About the Role
Pylon is the only agentic support platform, purpose-built for B2B companies. For leaders scaling AI-native support teams, Pylon lets humans and agents collaborate on customer work – investigating, resolving, and acting on every signal across every channel that matters.
Responsibilities
- Hand off designs to engineering within the first 7 days.
- Investigate and understand customer problems and feedback.
- Collaborate with product and engineering throughout a project.
- Navigate both the problem and solution space with cofounders, PMs, and peers.
- Communicate differing opinions and facilitate constructive decisions.
- Consider broad user flows for new features.
- Generate high-fidelity mockups and consider UI/UX.
- Contribute to the design system alongside team members and engineering partners.
- Validate design choices with analytics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience.
- Located in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco and excited about working in-person.
- Very organized, hard-working, and fast.
- An interest in tinkering with the product and suggesting improvements.
