About the Role
As a Growth Engineer at Wispr, you will own the challenge of user onboarding, first dictation, and guiding users from trying Flow to relying on it, focusing on in-product growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own the activation curve: onboarding, first use, habit formation
- Ship experiments fast, read results honestly, graduate winners and kill losers
- Improve the randomization, exposure, instrumentation, and analysis that make results trustworthy
- Close funnel gaps across platforms with the teams that own the product experience
Requirements
- Have moved a funnel metric and can explain the before, the after, and why your work caused it
- Have killed your own experiments when the evidence said so
- Ship fast at production quality and prefer several clear iterations to one perfect launch
- Answer product questions with data and know when the measurement is misleading
- Take ownership when the problem, or the path forward, is ambiguous
