About the Role
Build product experiences that help organizations adopt, manage, and scale Wispr. Turn ambiguous customer needs into polished features, own them across the stack, and bring the product and design judgment needed to make complex workflows feel simple.
Responsibilities
- Build enterprise experiences across administration, permissions, user management, and analytics
- Create responsive, data-rich interfaces with React and TypeScript
- Take features from rough customer requirements through design, implementation, and production
- Work across APIs, data models, and backend services to deliver complete outcomes
- Improve confusing or unfinished workflows without waiting for someone else to define the solution
- Raise the bar for usability, accessibility, performance, and maintainability
Requirements
- Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals, including complex state management
- Shipped admin tools, permissions flows, dashboards, or other enterprise products
- Combines product intuition and user empathy with strong design judgment
- Moves quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and craft
- Routinely works across the stack rather than stopping at the frontend boundary
- Takes ownership when the requirements, and the right answer, are still unclear
