About the Role
As a member of the Population Health team, you will own one of our important drivers (Part A, Part B, Part D, Revenue) and work with the leader of that function to build the workflows and tools needed to manage it. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on the key drivers of the company's success.
Responsibilities
- Define and track driver metrics, partnering with analytics engineering to implement them in production reporting.
- Build reporting and observability tools to allow functions to monitor performance and act on insights.
- Embed in daily operations to understand current processes, identify breakdowns, and quantify their impact.
- Design and implement process improvements in collaboration with clinical and operational leaders.
- Pilot, iterate, and support the launch and training of new processes.
- Develop documentation and tooling to ensure consistency of improved processes across new clinics.
- Build internal applications and interfaces to surface relevant work, integrate cost and risk data, and capture outcomes.
- Conduct vendor evaluations and provide build-versus-buy recommendations.
- Represent your driver in major platform builds, defining business requirements through deployment.
- Size opportunities and propose quarterly roadmaps with functional leaders, defining clear deliverables.
- Track committed work and adjust plans as needed based on new information.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience, ideally including time at a value-based care or multi-site provider organization.
- Experience from a product or engineering background with a track record of building and shipping tools, OR market operations/BizOps experience designing workflows with clinical leaders.
- Proven ability to own ambiguous work and see it through to completion.
- Comfort pulling and analyzing data in SQL and understanding database schemas.
- Bachelor's degree required.
