About the Role
FanDuel is seeking a Predicts Business Manager to develop go-to-market commercial strategy and contribute to key strategic initiatives for the Predicts business. This is a collaborative and visible role working closely with cross-functional teams and reporting to the Commercial Senior Director. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, a creative problem solver, and values teamwork, offering an opportunity to impact new product strategy at a premier gaming company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Consumer Insights team and Commercial peers to conduct competitive & consumer analyses to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.
- Use market analysis to make data-driven recommendations for improving commercial strategies.
- Partner with marketing teams to craft effective, creative, and data-driven strategies for each key sport season and tentpole event.
- Partner with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to stakeholders to support business growth.
- Lead and manage key strategic initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution of commercial projects.
- Mentor and support junior members of the Commercial team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and development.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience working in strategy, consulting, or a related commercial field
- Experience developing action plans or leading initiatives based on consumer insight data
- Strong analytical proficiency & Excel-based modeling skills
- Proficiency in use of LLMs to conduct research, analytics, and support strategic projects
- Track record of transforming data into actionable insights and presentations for senior audiences
- Effective at relationship building and sensitive to stakeholders' needs
- Experience working in real-money gaming, prediction market, or adjacent industry preferred
- Knowledge of and interest in sports & technology preferred; ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the industry and company will be critical to success

Salary/Compensations
- $112,000 - $140,000 USD
