About the Role
Collateral Recovery Team LLC is seeking experienced Rollback Drivers for its Austin location. The company offers competitive pay, industry-leading equipment, and a strong support system for its drivers.
Responsibilities
- Transport repossessed vehicles safely to designated drop yards or auction locations
- Provide support for field repossession agents when needed
- Operate rollback tow truck safely and professionally
- Maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational truck
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure equipment is in working condition
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- Tow truck / Rollback experience preferred
- Clean driving record required
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Basic computer / smartphone skills
- Must be a team player
- Able to sit in tow truck for prolonged periods
- Ability to load, secure, and unload vehicles
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment when needed
- Must have good mobility
