About the Role
At family-owned Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, we serve more than just food; we serve heart, hustle, and hospitality. We are looking for experienced and kind individuals to join our team and help build a bold culture.
Responsibilities
- Receive deliveries, checking invoices for completion and accuracy.
- Properly rotate products and stock the restaurant.
- Manage and oversee the cleanliness of the property and facility.
- Handle dishwashing and pan cleaning.
- Perform maintenance tasks.
- Ensure general cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Bus and turn over tables.
- Operate a Pallet Jack and/or Keg Lift after training.
Requirements
- Must be an experienced and kind person.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Ability to move/lift items that are 50lbs regularly.

Salary/Compensations
- Hourly wages plus tips (estimated range reflects earnings including tips, tips not guaranteed).
