About the Role
Lead high-impact transformation initiatives that shape how Moneris operates and grows. Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, enhance customer experiences, and drive measurable business results through data-driven analysis and process innovation.
Responsibilities
- Assess business needs, develop transformation strategies, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and optimize business processes and workflows to enhance operational performance while maintaining customer experience standards.
- Lead process analysis, modeling, and improvement initiatives, providing expertise on automation and process optimization opportunities.
- Identify and implement process integration opportunities, supporting the adoption of new processes and operational changes.
- Develop data-driven business cases, analyses, and presentations to support process improvement recommendations and investment decisions.
- Analyze complex business information and translate findings into actionable recommendations for process improvements and operational enhancements.
- Present recommendations, insights, and executive-level updates to senior leadership.
- Partner with product and technology teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, business consulting, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in process mapping and design, customer journey mapping, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Business process reengineering, Value stream mapping, Continuous improvement frameworks, Root cause analysis, and service design.
- Deep knowledge of project management, customer experience optimization, cost efficiency initiatives, and process design.
- Experience developing business cases and conducting financial analysis.
- Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present complex analyses and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Business acumen with a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results.
