About the Role
LG Electronics is seeking a Price, Promotion & Trade Analyst to support the Business Solutions (BS) Sales Division. This role will assist in daily operations to achieve sales goals and objectives, while serving the needs of both LG and its customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage promo planner on SQL server (OLAP).
- Manage and forecast spending budget and PSI for BS products monthly.
- Assess profitability simulation on promotion activities.
- Review sales programs and provide registration guidelines.
- Manage RFPs by bid number, simulate expected costs for bids, prepare budgets, and maintain bid information in the Claim portal.
- Assist with new product launch activities.
- Investigate market trends and competitor behavior.
- Maintain Power BI dashboard for market insights based on NPD monthly results.
- Maintain Python web scraping tool for online price tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy for sales strategy and planning.
- Support sales pricing and promotion simulation.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years' experience in Financial analysis, Forecasting or Sales data analysis.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Obtain any work permits/visas or other authorizations required to legally work in Canada prior to employment.
