Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with external experts in the region.
Conduct engaging and high-quality medical discussions regarding diseases and current/future treatment options.
Manage regional Medical Education activities and represent the company at scientific presentations.
Provide medical-scientific information on therapeutic areas and products.
Recruit, initiate, and manage regional/national projects and non-interventional studies at selected regional centers in outpatient and hospital settings.
Support the clinical study program in close coordination with R&D colleagues.
Organize regional Advisory Boards.
Gather and relay insights from the field to develop medical strategy and cross-functional activities.
Implement medical strategy in the field in close coordination with cross-functional 'in-field' teams.
Contribute to the development of publications.
Meet relevant KPIs.
Support the training of IFT colleagues.

Requirements

Completed medical or natural science university degree, ideally with a doctorate.
Proof according to §75.
Competence in Neurology is desired.
Experience as an MSL or Medical Manager and knowledge of Neurology are desirable.
Understanding of stakeholders in the Health Ecosystem, potentially with prior experience in other areas (Market Access, Sales, etc.).
Persuasive and open communication with diverse discussion partners in an interdisciplinary environment.
Very good English skills (written and spoken).
Pioneering spirit, determination, and a strong will to succeed.
High creativity, flexibility, and commitment.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong team and customer orientation.
