  • Support targeted recruitment strategies based on role requirements, talent availability, and market conditions.
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent, building pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct structured candidate assessments to evaluate technical or functional capability, motivation, communication, and overall fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate profiles, provide market insights, and drive effective hiring decisions.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through responsive communication, transparency, and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment activity and reporting within Greenhouse, ensuring strong process discipline, visibility, and documentation.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and emerging recruitment technology to improve sourcing, assessment, candidate engagement, and recruiting efficiency.
  • Contribute to employer branding, talent campaigns, referrals, and broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally supporting multiple professional functions in an in-house or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting Technology talent, with the ability to understand technical requirements and credibly engage candidates across Software Development, QA, Product, Data, IT, or related disciplines.
  • Experience recruiting across additional professional functions such as Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, Operations, or other corporate roles.
  • Strong proactive sourcing skills, with experience identifying and engaging passive and hard-to-find talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches across different functions, seniority levels, and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong hiring-manager partnership skills, with the confidence to provide recommendations, influence decisions, and constructively challenge assumptions.
  • Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and candidate-management skills.
  • Experience with ATS and modern recruitment technology; Greenhouse experience is an asset.
  • Curiosity and comfort adopting AI-enabled sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and productivity tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
