About the Role

Responsibilities
- Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
- Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
- Engage with the community to build business relationships.
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree completed prior to the start date.
- May begin the interview process up to two semesters before graduation.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
- Must have at least 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, and/or leadership/management experience (including volunteer work, athletics, or military service).
