About the Role
A Security Guard is responsible for protecting the company’s assets and ensuring the safety of its staff, tenants, contractors, guests, and visitors at AHF’s sites. This role involves implementing strategies to protect personnel and assets, coordinating the Security Guards Team, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Protecting company assets.
- Ensuring the safety of staff, tenants, contractors, guests, and visitors.
- Implementing strategies to protect personnel and assets, including inventory of donations.
- Implementing policies and procedures designed to achieve the security mission.
- Coordinating and overseeing the in-house Security Guards Team.
- Enhancing the reputation of AHF by being friendly, professional, and disciplined.
- Recognizing potentially dangerous situations and responding effectively.
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships with Healthy Housing operational staff.
- Submitting detailed reports regarding events and situations using the Safety and Security Incident Reporting System.
- Adapting to various situations with ease and being flexible.
