About the Role
Pigment is seeking a GTM Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-first GTM systems, directly contributing to pipeline generation in the US market. This hybrid role involves 70% applied AI for internal GTM products and workflows, and 30% pipeline ownership and outbound experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI-powered GTM systems, turning proven GTM workflows into scalable automation by building internal tools and AI agents.
- Own GTM automation as a product, from discovery to adoption, continuously measuring, optimizing, and scaling its impact.
- Own automated outbound motions for the North American market, building, running, and optimizing outbound programs.
- Run experiments and scale what works with the field, partnering closely with Sales Managers and Sales Reps to test targeting, messaging, and automation strategies.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in Growth, GTM Ops, RevOps, or Automation roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of Sales & Outbound tactics.
- Strong hands-on experience with GTM tools (n8n, Clay, Salesforce, etc.).
- Practical experience using LLMs and AI workflows (prompting, agents, human-in-the-loop systems).
- A builder mindset: enjoy shipping, iterating, and improving systems end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams and bring clarity to complex problems.
