About the Role

Uptop, a rapidly growing rewards infrastructure platform, is seeking an Account Manager to own the end-to-end partner experience. This role involves driving program design, coordinating launches, and managing ongoing relationships for loyalty programs, acting as the core interface between Rain and its partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of loyalty and rewards partners, from kickoff through launch and ongoing growth.
  • Translate signed deals into concrete programs, including earn structures, redemption catalogs, offer strategy, funding models, and success metrics.
  • Manage launches as a project manager, developing plans, driving timelines, resolving blockers, and ensuring stakeholder accountability.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for partner teams, coordinating internally across Product, Engineering, BD, Compliance, and Marketing.
  • Lead recurring business reviews to report on program performance, surface insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Identify and surface expansion opportunities within accounts for the Business Development team.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation, launch trackers, and internal reporting.
  • Relay partner feedback to Rain and advocate for roadmap changes to streamline future launches.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years in Account Management, Customer Success, Implementation, Partner Management, or Program Management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs to deadlines with ownership of outcomes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with partner teams.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and building processes.
  • Strong commercial instincts and understanding of partner value.
  • Fluency with CRM, project tracking tools, and spreadsheets.
  • Comfort analyzing data to answer questions.
