About the Role
The Energy Providers practice assists utilities and energy companies in navigating industry transformations, addressing challenges like growing demand, reliability, and resilience while balancing costs and customer affordability. As AI-driven data centers increase energy demand and new policies emerge, utilities face a complex environment. This role empowers clients to adopt new business models and technologies to improve operations, efficiency, compliance, and market capture. As a Consulting Analyst, you will collaborate with experienced professionals on client projects, creating and presenting high-quality deliverables, conducting research and analysis, and engaging with clients to drive tangible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to innovative problem-solving using cutting-edge methodologies and tools.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project recommendations, strategic decisions, and actionable insights, including data collection, market research, benchmarking, and economic modeling.
- Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions aligned with client goals.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for client deliverables, communicating findings and recommendations.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and communicate solutions, fostering strong relationships.
- Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Pursue ongoing professional development, including training, certifications, and staying updated on industry trends.
- Assist with project management tasks, including scheduling, tracking timelines, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
- Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to produce high-impact work products, reports, and deliverables.
