Responsibilities

  • Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems and other related building system products at customer sites.
  • Service, troubleshoot, and install systems from various manufacturers, including Simplex and ANSUL.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.
  • Manage daily service calls, customer activity, and program system products.
  • Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.
  • Perform inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.

Requirements
