Bond Vet is seeking a veterinarian to join their mission of strengthening the human-animal bond through better pet care. Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care for pets.
- Collaborate with supportive staff for patient care, callbacks, and scribing.
- Engage in personalized training and mentorship plans.
- Participate in CE for dental, ultrasound, and urgent care within the first year.
- Build tools and confidence for difficult client conversations.
- Consult with board-certified specialists for case expertise.
- Pursue opportunities for growth into leadership positions.
- Work with a remote team of nurses for client needs and triaging.
- Communicate directly with leadership and influence policies.
- Practice medicine with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
Requirements
- Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent).
- State licensure that is in good standing or eligibility for such licensure in all relevant clinic states.
- A passion for Bond Vet’s mission to provide a superior vet experience for both patients and employees.
- The ability to multi-task with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
