About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
- Greet guests and assist with product selection.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Assist with bread merchandising and product presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and store leadership.
- Follow all company policies and Health Department regulations.
- Cross-train in multiple areas, including Cashier (POS), Bar, Bread, and Cake.
- Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
- Have fun while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).
- Frequent physical activity, including standing and walking for extended periods.
- Repetitive hand movements.
- Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Working in varying temperatures, including coolers and freezers.
