About the Role
Responsible for developing AI-native, visually appealing, high-performance interfaces for revenue teams, defining human-agent collaboration in software. Engage in the complete product development lifecycle, from user consultations and prototyping to delivering production features. Collaborate with design, infrastructure, and applied AI teams, serving as a key interface between front-end and back-end engineers to create cohesive, well-integrated multi-agent workflows with high standards for UX and interface quality. Conduct front-end UX/UI research and implement pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with design specifications, user needs, and performance requirements. Scale asynchronous workflows while optimizing front-end performance and ensuring durable, redundant back-end systems, including end-to-end design and implementation of scalable systems. Define and understand requirements and write clean, efficient code. Work closely with customers to understand their requests, participate in customer calls, and deliver solutions in collaboration with the product team.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience developing product features end-to-end
- 2 years of experience with frontend frameworks such as TypeScript, React, or similar
- 2 years of experience with Python
- 2 years of experience working across the stack including Flask and AWS, to build production-level cloud-based web applications
- 2 years of experience building large-scale real-time distributed systems and back-end data infrastructure
- 2 years of experience building enterprise RBAC (role-based access control) authentication systems and applying cloud security best practices
- 2 years of experience building graph-based data resolution
