About the Role

The GTM Compliance Analyst will evaluate and onboard customers to support growth while protecting the company from regulatory and compliance risk. • Conduct onboarding and enhanced diligence for higher-risk customers or use cases, gathering and evaluating relevant documentation.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Legal, Product, Risk Operations, and other stakeholders to identify compliance requirements and develop risk mitigations.
  • Document compliance decisions, rationale, conditions, and escalations clearly and audibly.
  • Track open onboarding conditions, approvals, renewals, and other post-deal compliance obligations.
  • Support reviews of regulated or higher-risk segments, including gaming and other industries with specific requirements.
  • Research and interpret regulatory and licensing requirements, escalating complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain GTM compliance playbooks, risk-tiering frameworks, decision trees, intake requirements, and escalation paths.
  • Identify recurring issues and partner with cross-functional teams to improve policies, controls, tooling, training, and guidance.
  • Provide training and office-hours support to GTM teams on compliance engagement and information gathering.
  • Build reporting and metrics on review volume, turnaround times, risk themes, escalations, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, or a related function, preferably in fintech, financial services, payments, technology, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience conducting risk-based reviews (customer, partner, onboarding, or deal-level).
  • Experience translating regulatory or policy requirements into clear, actionable guidance for business teams.
  • Strong judgment and analytical skills, including assessing ambiguous fact patterns and identifying material compliance risks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Legal, Product, Customer Oversight, Operations, and other cross-functional partners.
